Wastewater Specifications
The specifications are to be used by the Developer’s Design Engineer in
the preparation of construction documents for the construction of sanitary sewer systems to be owned, operated and maintained by Integra Water, LLC.
All systems must be developed using these specifications. Developers are
responsible for setting up initial electric and/or water service for all
water wells and pump stations.
*EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY (August 5, 2024): Final plats will not be signed
without an operational and approved pump station or completed force mains.
No bypass pumps or bonds will be accepted.
