Effective October 1st, 2024, there will be a change to our payment remittance address for customers who pay by physical check or through their bank’s bill pay option.
Who is Affected?
- Customers who pay by physical check.
- Customers who use their bank’s bill pay option to pay IntegraWater.
What You Need to Do
If you pay by physical check:
- Starting with bills due on October 1st, 2024, please mail your payments to our new address:

- The remittance slip included with your bill is already updated with this new address.
If you use your bank’s bill pay option:
Please update IntegraWater’s information in your online banking by following these steps:
- Log in to your online banking account.
- Locate the bill pay or check writing section (often under “Payments” or “Transfers”).
- Find the payee named “IntegraWater” (or similar).
- Click on the payee’s name or the “Edit” or “Modify” button.
- Update the “Payee Address” field with the new address provided above.
- Confirm the 6-digit account number matches your most recent bill.
- Save your changes.
Important Notes:
- Payments sent to our old address will only be forwarded until December 1st, 2024.
- To avoid any delays in processing your payment, please update your bill pay information as soon as possible.
- This change does not affect customers who pay through our online portal or via ACH auto draft.
- This change will help streamline the payment process, and your payments should be reflected on your account sooner
