Complete the Water / Sewer Service Application FormIf you are a renter, please email a copy of your lease to info@onswc.com
If you are a homeowner, please email a copy of your deed to info@onswc.com
OR Download and Complete the Water / Sewer Service Application (Application fee will be added to first month's bill.)
After you complete the application, save it to your computer then, along with your lease if you are a renter or a copy of your deed if you are a homeowner, and email the application to:
