1. Sign Water/Waste Water Service Application 1st page and fully complete 2nd page. If Joint Account - complete information for both applicants. 2. Provide a Copy of Driver’s License. If joint account, enclose copies of both applicant licenses. (For convenience, you can take a CLEAR picture with your smart phone and email with your application.) 3. If establishing an account for Creola, AL - complete the top portion of the usage release form. 4. To Enroll in the Auto Draft program complete the bank draft form and return to Integra Water. (This is NOT a mandatory program.) 5. The Waste Water policy manual is informational and should be kept for reference. Customers may access their account 24/7 at Click - Customer Service; Click - the appropriate State and County; Click - View Your Account; Enter the customer and pin numbers located on the customer billing statement; and Login. This screen can also be used to pay your bills. We use a 3rd party for online payment processing and they charge a convenience fee for each transaction. PayNSeconds is no longer available for Alabama or Texas customers because we have implemented a new software system. Customers who make payments via billpay, mailing a check or who have set up ACH autodraft over the phone are not impacted by this change.
